We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain promotional items.

While we do not have an in-house repair service, we partner with specialized cobblers who are experts in refurbishing Frye heritage leather and resoling our classic styles.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
